We had a serious moss build up on our roof and it was difficult to find a roofing company to take care of it. Olympic Roofing took on the task and did an excellent job. They were punctual and the clean up was perfect. Matt was very professional and did a great job of communicating. He took the time to explain the process to us, and was quite patient and accommodating when we had scheduling changes.We are extremely pleased with the process and the outcome!
I am very disappointed with this company. They only care about the money not the service. I hired Olympic roofing to replace our roof and paid them FULL amont right after they finished the job. The payment includes the registration of CertainTeed Sure Start Plus Extended Warranty. However, I didn't receive the warrenty certificate over two month. After paying them the money, they don't care you anymore.
Olympic did a nice job with an emergency request to fix a structural issue on my 3rd floor deck. Matt and his team were professional, collaborative, and explained what and how they were addressing problems during the process. The final deck looks great and is now safe.
I have used Olympic for siding and roofing on two different houses. Both experiences were great. They are professional, hardworking, friendly and reasonably priced.They quelled my concerns about trampling plants when doing my roof and they were very conscientious, being careful where to step.They showed up on time and stayed late everyday. We contacted Olympic after seeing positive reviews from others in our town. We asked for a quote for new gutter installation and a project manager was out within two days to take measurements and talk to us about the work we wanted done. We had the formal proposals the following day! The pricing was reasonable and after our deposit was received, the job was scheduled within just a couple of days and was fully complete in just one day! We would definitely recommend them and will use them for future projects.
We recently completed two major projects with Olympic and couldn’t be happier.We started by calling them about painting our newly installed Hardee siding. They provided a competitive estimate and followed it up by asking how soon we wanted to start, not something we hear a lot of nowadays. Their crew came out on the day promised and got to work on preparation, caulking and taping the house. In a matter of just a few days, the house was done and looked better than ever. They were able to provide great advice on selected areas that shouldn’t be painted (PVC Trim and certain doors) and possible color combinations for doors and window trim. The crew was efficient, professional and did a great job protecting the landscaping. Every step of the way they checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions or concerns. All of our neighbors stopped by with compliments on how good the house looked.The second project was an even bigger one; removing and rebuilding our back deck. We walked the property with George and Julia and went over a range of design ideas and details. They pointed out work that should be done, as well as what could be salvaged and re-used. Every step of the way they made suggestions and gave us ideas. As with the painting, the key question was when did we want to start. As with the painting, the crew showed up and got to work and did an excellent job. We were able to see the solid structure that went up and the attention to detail installing all the finishes. Throughout the project we were asked how we wanted different elements to be done. When they finally finished, we couldn’t be happier with the results.Not only would we recommend Olympic for just about any project, we would certainly choose them to do another one for us.
